We live in an ecosystem. All of us go through ups and downs in our life, for some its more and for some its less. These incidents trigger trauma, outbursts, emotional turmoil, disturbances.

We should be aware of some of the common mental illnesses that affect us or people around us.

What should we do about it ?

If you are know anybody who is going through this stage, be a care giver. They need good care and affection. Please do not corner them. They need your help!

If you do not know how to provide solutions, direct them to a reliable and experienced coach/counsellor/practitioner/psychologist. Every company should have Employee Assistance Programs and outsourced EAP partners.

For people who are going through this, speak up, speak out to your trusted friends.

Friends also need to be good listeners, empathetic and be a real friend and not take advantage at all.
