  • Get up and take a walk every time you feel lost or frustrated. This will not only get you moving but also help to clean your head.

    4. Eat a salad – vegetable Salads are the best remedy for most of your health problems. Eat more salads because your body can digest in 2 to 3 hours of time. Faster digestion helps you gain energy faster, and salads are the one which makes you bit you comfortable but they are best for your health.

 

    5. RELAX, REFLECT & RELIEF STRESS – Stress increases your heart rate, quickens your breath and raise blood pressure, It causes severe damage to your health. So taking short breaks in between the work and relaxing can boost your productivity and increases your health tremendously, relax reflect and relief stress.
